Cynthia Byler is a professional Real Estate Agent with REWARD Real Estate - owner of Byler Realty, Inc. Before obtaining her Real estate license Cynthia started Craig Consulting, LLC. and continues the practice today as the CEO/ Owner.
Previously, she held the Director of Strategic Sourcing position for a fortune 50 company known as Anthem/Wellpoint and the Amerigroup Corporation. She has over 25 years of broad experience in the public and private sectors, with direct business experience negotating many multi-million dollar contracts related to business operations. Mrs. Byler demonstrates strong multi functional leadership with a high level of strategic negotiation experience to help drive results. Prior to Amerigroup, Mrs. Byler served The New York Times Company Shared Services Center for over 13 years as a senior-level manager involved in the operations and administration areas. Additionally, she provided sourcing expertise to five other Fortune 500 companies as part of a joint media consortium.
Mrs. Byler adds value to her customers by actively making a positive contribution to the buying and selling process. One of Mrs. Byler’s strengths is strategic thinking. She brings structure to ambiguous environments, influences others,
objectively analyzes and effectively guides buyers & sellers through the real estate process with innovation and creativity.
Accreditations and education include: a B.S. in Business and Public Administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio; a Masters of Arts in Management, majoring in Entrepreneurship, from Regent University, Virginia Beach, Virginia; the Center for Creative Leadership, Looking Glass Experience; Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives; Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
